You acknowledge and agree that you use the Service at your own risk and should maintain independent backup systems for managing critical medications.
Huddl offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and increased limits.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Huddl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of all health information and content you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and your authorized care circle members.

Important Notice: Huddl is NOT a HIPAA "covered entity" or "business associate." We are a technology company providing personal health record software for individual and family use. Because we are not subject to HIPAA:

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or any damages arising from health outcomes, missed medications, or reliance on the Service, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huddl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
